Racing Against Time

I finished work one day feeling very tired and a little stressed. I decided to pick the guitar up and have a play around. The music came together quite quickly and i found myself singing the chorus ' Im too lost in time'. I then begain singing more lines and realised the stress from work was coming into my song and that the feelings inside had influenced the whole thing.

Tommorows Yesterday

I was walking home oe day when i decided to take a little de-tour. I thought i would visit the park that i used to go to when i was 5. To my suprise when my eyes looked up there was a block of newly built flats! In the area i live in a lot of flats and houses are being built in almost every inch of grass that can be found. In this song i sing about how i feel about the future of over population and how you can feel locked into a town that was once familiar.

End of Days

This song is kinda a strange one. I remember thinking id try something different than normal and started out with a more elictrical drum beat. I pictured an old man in my head being pushed towards the 'End of his days'. This song describes how death is just behind him and that his time is up. The chorus is meant to be a haunting type of chorus warning the old man that he 'better run before they find him'.

Watching You

Not long after releasing my emotions into the song 'Home' i deicded to move away from that and look at more of the issue's i faced from when i was younger. Many years ago i smoked a lot of cannibis and developed some really bad paranoia. I listened to grunge and played a lot of it too. In this song i speak of a charachter that is locked in by paranoia. It explains how this person is ready to fight evil locked inside but as soon as they get to the point of fighting, the paranoia returns and they think they are 'wathing them'
