Latest album news update 'Well Weird and Warped'

In what as far as I’m aware is a ground breaking move the new Wish You Well album ‘Well Weird and Warped’ will be constructed by the opinions of the general listening public. Potential album tracks for the new album are being scrutinised on Wish You Well’s web sites and also issued as a series of short sampler CD’s . Tracks receiving the best listener feedback will appear on the album, whilst tracks receiving mixed feedback will be scrapped or undergo a comprehensive rewrite.
The new album will be released when sufficient material has met with listeners approval, everyone has a chance to get involved and nominate which tracks they would most like to appear on the new album and due to the diverse array of the sample tracks, listeners opinion will also dictate genre, ambience and the overall direction that the album takes.
Whilst the release schedule will be very much a case of ‘it’ll be released when finished’ (rather than racing to meet a preset date) it is anticipated that ‘Well Weird and Warped’ will be complete sometime in spring 08.
Wish You Well are also looking to add more festival appearances to the 2008 calendar, so promoters please get in contact!

Late feedback but I think the track "One Off Special" would be good to add into your album, liked the guitar on all 4 tracks you have!

Hit by lightning!
The new Wish You Well album suffered a bit of a set back at the weekend, when a malfunctioning CD writer erased all the master recordings, sadly all equipment is showing the after effects of our village getting struck by lightning last week. But most important no-one was hurt just many electrical appliances toasted! Hope to be back up and running quick as a flash! sorry for anyone Ive not replied to in the meantime! Wish You Well.

I have now added the track Communication Breakthrough, to my page, depending on feedback this track might be added onto the Well, Weird and Warped album. The track fulfills the acoustic part of the Wish You Well logo electric, acoustic, original, music, combining mandolin with bass, drums, guitar and vocal.
