- I am an English singer/songwriter working with French musician, Yonass. We have released our debut album ourselves and are working hard to promote our music. We are currently working with a band to perform our music live and hope to start gigging seriously in the summer of 2010.

John F Llewellyn said… - Hello thanks 4 your message really appriciated it, glad you liked the song im not that religious either but the words just came to me as i was strumming, also i agree with what you say about the wording of the reflection part, going to change it to.......you see it in your on reflection in the mirror hanging on the wall, do you think thats better??also i wish i could get a more of a instrumental to go with it but its just finding people with the same love 4 music as me, ive tried linking up with a few friend/producers and it ust doesnt seem 2 go anywhere :( in time i hope to do it all myself, as ive relied on others then get let down, also like your music very easy listening very chilled :)

I've checked my myspace page and it is possible I think to click on the INDIESTORE link on the page and be sent there. Thanks also for commenting on my YOUTUBE video of 'WE CANT HAVE IT ALL'. Glad you share my concerns. I've started hearing a few leading commentators particularly on Womans Hour on Radio 4 of all places now admitting 'WE CANT HAVE IT ALL'
Listened to your bondage song on YOUTUBE. You have a lovely quality to your voice and your music sounds classy. I like the pace and the space you leave. Bongos and keys sound cool too.
France sounds good and much warmer than here at the moment Brrrrrrrrrr : ) Its got me writing a new song about spring.
Anyway, catch up soon

- I managed to sign up as a friend on MySpace but I couldn't get the links to buy the music to work. I will try again soon - not tonight as I am just about to go to bed. I am also on facebook and use that most. You asked about France - well, it's OK here. It has been very cold (down to -5) but we only had about half an hour of snow. Mostly it's clear skies and therefore just cold. It has started to rain now though so the temps have gone up to about 10 degs. It's nice to live here in the summer time - long and hot but there are many frustrating things too. Mostly the time it takes to get anything done. I think the French are very supportive of the arts though and it's easy to hear live music - especially during the summer when there are lots of festivals. I haven't been to Provence - I was scared to move there because of the strong winds.
Well, speak soon - and keep writing those beautiful songs. I will let you know if I manage to buy one of yours. Mx
