- glad to have you as a friend. I have only recently got back into the music industry. I was involved in a couple of successes in the 1980's, but don't wish to overstate things. I am working with something called CRATES in Liverpool at the moment. The Beatles and many other were exposed to CRATES of records coing through the docks from America, Liverpool is a port. CRATES don't actually come in like that anymore, but you can fake it. I have a couple of groups alomost locked in a padded cell, being bombarded with soul music, to see what it does to them, and how it affects their writing style. Early results are promising.
